Tonia Moultry is Indivisible’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director. Before coming to Indivisible, Tonia has worked in the nonprofit field for over 25 years with the last 16 years in the field of domestic violence. Her work included training and providing technical assistance to local programs, state coalitions and state administrators on the implementation of best practices including anti-oppressions principles. Tonia was trained on anti-oppression work under the Ohio Violence Prevention Process in 2000 and has incorporated the principles throughout her career.
